WIND IN THE WILLOWS SET FOR NATIONAL TOUR

Touring Primary Schools from September – December 2016

We’re thrilled to have Linda on board the Altru team from this week, helping to spread the word about our wonderful adaption of Wind in the Willows.

Due to the popular demand of this show at Christmas and our World Book Day tour, we have decided to embark on our biggest tour to date! We will be travelling the country far and wide from September until December, contact Linda to find out when we will be in your area.

The tour is all about inspiring pupils to read more widely and read some of the UK’s most loved texts. Our actors bring the classic characters, settings and language to life using humour, songs, imagination and a little bit of silliness.

Down by the river, four friends are enjoying a crisp autumn day without a care in the world. Will Mr Toad’s adventurous spirit be the downfall of the group? Will he learn from his spell in prison? Will those nasty weasels take over Toad Hall in the meantime?

Join Ratty, Mole, Badger and of course, Mr Toad for a wild ride this autumn! Pupils will explore this classic text whilst having lots of fun along way. A timeless, enchanting story that will transform your school in hall into a river bank setting where Mr Toad and the gang get up to all kinds of antics!
