Refugee & Asylum Seekers Awareness

A two-actor performance which explore the issues facing refugees and asylum seekers entering the UK. The short play, designed for young people in school or community venues, explores the differing views on asylum seekers and refugees, busts myths about the challenges they face and the support that is available to them, and gives young people a lot to think about as they are confronted by both stereotypes and empathy.

The performance is part of a one hour / 90 minute session exploring the issues facing refugees and asylum seekers, during which the audience watch the performance and take part in discussion based activities, led by our experienced team of actor educators.
