At Altru we create projects, performances and workshops that inspire children to learn and develop their skills. Our staff are engaging educators who are all hugely talented and highly trained – and they work hard to get the best out of your pupils. Whether it’s an inspiring writing session or a science Play in a Day, we know that working creatively will inspire and motivate your pupils to learn more.
Creativity is at the heart of our work and it’s something we’re passionate about. We believe that children learn best when they’re having fun and being creative – and all of our projects are designed to allow children to develop skills and learn new information in new, exciting, innovative and creative ways.
Educating pupils, whether it be about a historical topic or a PSHE issue, is the driving force behind everything we do. Our director, Kate, is a former teacher and so education and learning is at our core. We use drama and creative arts as teaching tools and our experience shows us that these techniques can have a real and lasting benefit on the way pupils see themselves and approach their work.
We deliver drama workshops, projects and performances that are designed to enhance the National Curriculum and engage with personal, social and health education issues. The work we do with schools has a significant and lasting benefit, as teachers consistently tell us that their pupils are more confident, demonstrate improved concentration and are excited about learning.Read More Contact us
